Connect and make a difference

There are plenty of ways to get involved with the river or to further our mission on behalf of the public: volunteer, donate, become a program sponsor, or connect your school or community group. Learn more below.

VOLUNTEER

Becoming a volunteer is a great way to meet the team and do fulfilling work. We encourage you to use your best skills on behalf of a shared mission.

Maybe you want to contribute in ways you're familiar with, or maybe you want to do something different—either is fine. We'd love to work with you in a way that fits. Think about what's important to you, then reach out to us.

DONATE

Donating to our program helps us fulfill our mission of connecting people to their waterways through recreation and education. It's easy. All donations are tax-deductible via our 501(c)3 fiscal receiver, The Electric Lodge.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

Becoming a corporate sponsor is another way to make a huge difference on the river. Our alliances with businesses small and large are powerful ways to become involved in the local communities we serve.

SCHOOLS & EDUCATION

We love working with schools—some of our best trips have been with youth. The summer doesn't fit the school schedule easily, but we make every effort to book school and youth groups at a discount. Got a connection to an amazing teacher or eager school group? Let us know and we'll see what we can do.

During the off-season we also do entertaining in-class presentations, all about the river and water resources. Reach out if this is a good fit your curriculum.
